I hereby accept booking terms and conditions(below) and agree for my personal data provided in this form to be stored securely by IMHP, no longer than necessary and solely for the purpose of administration in connection with hen parties 1. Spaces are limited therefore bookings are taken on a first come first served bases. 2. You will be notified if your booking cannot be accepted for any reason. 3 All courses fees must be paid for in advanced and non- refundable unless necessary. 4. Cancellation by IMHP reverses the right to cancel or postpone any session for any reason. In the event of which either a refund will be given, or an alternative session will be offered lieu. 5. IMHP reserves the right to exclude any hen’s behaviour we deem inappropriate. 6. All IMHP coaches are approved police checked through the criminal records of bureau. 7. IMHP do not accept responsibility or liability in respect of any loss or damage to personal property of effects. 8. The details provided on this booking form will be held on file for the dance company’s administration purposes only. 9. The bronze package won't be located at Revolution; instead, it will be situated at the nearest dance studio to your chosen location.
